5-Star Customer Reviews

"Awesome service delivering our new spa! Great communication during the scheduling phase. Joe and team were amazing and completely unbothered by our challenging driveway and sloped yard."

"A&J Spa Pros were excellent and did a great job moving out an old broken spa and delivering a new one. This delivery was in Moonridge Big Bear on a challenging hillside — they did a perfect job. Communication was on point, making the process easy for us while we were not on site for the delivery. 10/10 would hire the team again!"

"Very impressed with how simple and easy they made it look to move our spa from Corona to Rancho Cucamonga. Definitely recommend using this company! Joe was on time and very professional."

"Joe and his team delivered my spa, he was easy to work with, communicative, and very thoughtful in where the spa was placed. Would definitely use him and his team again, they have a great system to move spas!"

"Very friendly, showed up right on time and easy to work with! Moved the spa I purchased quickly!"

"Fast, efficient, punctual, good attitude, very professional with all right equipment, very happy with service and recommended."

"They moved my mom's old spa to my house. They were so great. The move went so smoothly and effortlessly. They were a pleasure to deal with and they even gave us some contacts to connect with to fix some repairs on the spa. Thank you. You guys are awesome!!"

"I need to move the largest spa out there which is Grandee Hotsprings from Big Bear to Sedona which is a 6 hour drive. I am so glad that at the very end I came across A&J Spa Pros. Not only was the quote one of the lowest out there, what impressed me was their experience and equipment — they have a special dolly hot tub trailer. Where other people need six people to move the hot tub, they were able to do it with only two of them."

"I bought a spa and needed it relocated. These guys are amazing. Everything you want when doing business with someone. They were fast to respond, price was good, they moved the spa fast and efficient. They were very nice people and very professional. Even the people we bought the spa from told me how impressed they were with this company."

"I called the owner Jacuzzi Joe, and he answered right away. He was able to relocate my hot tub that same day! He was professional, kind, and communicated with me throughout the entire process. He and his associate loaded and unloaded the spa with care and was able to set it up right where we wanted it! I highly recommend Jacuzzi Joe at A&J Spa Pros!!"

"I contacted A&J Spa Pros the day before the expected move when the other company started to sound flaky. Joe answered my call directly and in a few minutes we had a confirmed appointment. Joe kept in contact with me to provide updates on the day of the spa move. Upon arrival, the team looked at the spot in the truck and then walked the area to where the spa would be placed. Everything was accomplished in about an hour and went perfectly. I highly recommend them."
